Lofaso and Sal Aurora partnered in 2011 to create Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City. Lofaso's home was found within Black Market Liquor Bar and her business partnerships. Lofaso could achieve the creative spirit she desired through her collaboration. Black Market has no one plan in sight and that's the way it goes. A meal could start with chipped potatoes and peppers with Dill. Then it's Korean wings and meatballs. Antonia anchors the bold range of tastes. Lofaso assessed her success in the field in part by her ability to understand and remain genuine to her audience. Apart from her memorable performances of Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars, her uniqueness was also celebrated out of the kitchen.
